Yacht team building is sailboat, motivated crew, adrenaline, wind, sea and salt. Periods of staying are various from daily and weekly to those most common during weekends. Middle Adriatic is like magnet for sailors and boaters. Nearness of larger towns, Zadar and Šibenik, will make easier preparing and supplying for sailing days that comes. In the center of this territory lies archipelago of Kornati. According to legend archipelago emerged from white rocks which God thrown in the sea and left it like that. Sailing south on horizon arises another island, Vis, from history known as Issa, meaning fortified island. Familiar and larger islands of this archipelago are: Palagruža, Biševo, Sv. Andrija, Jabuka, Brusnik... Vis is well known for its regatta, long 32 nautical miles on route Split-Vis. Wild and true beauty of this island sometimes is possible to see just from sea. South shore is exposed to the west and south winds from open sea. Komiža bay is steep and rocky less exposed to the winds but still suitable for sailing so, under such conditions, nothing lefts except to blow wind in sails and start the adventure. People who want to learn and improve nautical skills can visit nautical school on Vis. With such many sailing opportunities Vis is, with right, called nautical nook.
