Cannes Film Festival 2011
The 64th annual Cannes Film
Festival is scheduled to be held from May
11 to May 22, 2011. The american actor Robert De Niro will be the
president of the jury for the main competition and the French filmmaker Michel
Gondry will head the jury for the short film competition. The opening film will
be Midnight in Paris.
The Cannes Film Festival is the most
famous film festival in the world and the only one where private charter yachts serve as luxury

The formal program takes place in the "Palais
des Festivals" - the main convention center in Cannes where there are
