15 mil. kuna for a week on the Adriatic on the mega-luxury yacht Eclipse

The world's biggest yacht, the megayacht Eclipse, which was built in 2010. will soon set sail in Croatia and its beautiful Adriatic archipelago. The world's biggest yacht, the megayacht Eclipse, which was built in 2010. will soon set sail in Croatian and its beautiful Adriatic archipelago. But this summer the mega-luxury yacht, which cost its owner, the controversial Russian oil magnate Roman Abramovich, nearly $ 1 billion USD, will be up for rent for a 'minuscule' sum of 15 million USD per week. Therefore it is to be expected that Abramovich will not be appearing in Croatia with his girlfriend Daria Zhukova this time around but rather the wealthy travelers who want to experience the charms of the Adriatic on a unique megayacht which is much more than just a luxury yacht. And here's why: the 580 foot long yacht currently carries the weighty title of the largest yacht in the world. This title used to belong to yacht Dubai, owned by the prime minister of The United Arab Emirates. But then the owner of the Chelsea football club bought Eclipse wanted to become the man number one... Abramovich refused to make the last rate of payment for the vessel were he not pleased with the final result. The construction of 'Eclipse' went anything but smoothly and its completion lasted four years. One must admit though that this is a boat that is unique not only for its size; its simply incomparable to anything in its class. It has armor plating, bulletproof windows, three helicopter runways and an 'anti-paparazzi' system. Its 'shell' scans electronic light sensors in digital cameras by automatically shooting a high power laser, which disables a camera that's ready to snap that hard-to-get, exclusive photo. In addition to two swimming pools and several jacuzzis, the yacht has a submarine which can dive 164 feet under water. The master bedroom area is 4, 994 sq. feet  long and there are 11 cabins for guests equipped with movie screens that are 5,9 feet long in diameter. The Russian billionaire also equipped his expensive toy with a superb art collection, which he decided to collect solely for that purpose. Additional amenities include a disco hall and 70 members of the crew who are constantly at the guests' disposal. The 51st world's richest man is said to have no plans to sell his mega-luxury beauty, as well as other ships in his fleet. Apart from Eclipse, it consists of the 374 foot long megayacht Pelorus and the 160 foot long yacht Sussurro. Maintenance of the entire fleet per year costs around $ 25 million USD. If he manages to rent it on the Adriatic sea this summer, the Russian oligarch will have practically found the way to take care of that 'tiny' problem, right?
